Terms & Conditions Refund Policy

We at Buy Fresh Ltd do our best to ensure great satisfaction with our products and service from our customers. On the rare occasion that you feel that our products or service falls short of your expectations, we will do our best to put it right. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a credit note or exchange the item, provided that the item(s) have not been used, tampered with, and is in a resealable condition, and a valid reason is provided for the return.

Please note that all customers will be asked to check their groceries and ensure that they meet their expected standard in front of the delivery driver. Buy Fresh Ltd will not be held liable for any damage to products once the delivery driver has left the property. Certain products, such as meat & poultry, fresh fruits & vegetables, dairy, and sanitary products cannot be returned after the delivery driver has left the delivery address.

Our admin office to handle all queries regarding orders is open on Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am – 5.30 pm. All inquiries or queries received outside these hours will be dealt with on the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Order confirmations do not constitute an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have reason to suspect fraud or if the item(s) ordered are no longer in stock. The completion of your order will only take place when we dispatch the goods to you.

Age requirement – Anyone placing orders must be 18 years of age or over and have duly registered via our website before any order can be placed.

If any aspect of our Terms & Conditions of Service is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable by a law court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions are governed by the relevant Laws of England and Wales.

DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Delivery and Return Policy for Buy Fresh Ltd

Our standard delivery times are usually within 3 working days and a 10 mile radius of our trading address. This radius is worked out by our website when placing an order. If you wish to return an item or damaged product, please email us at sales@buyfreshonline.co.uk or call our landline number 0121 439 8320 for more information regarding how we will handle your query and refund process.

In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will provide a close alternative (same product but a different brand). If you (the customer) is not satisfied with the alternative, we will be happy to offer a refund or provide a credit note. Customers will be notified in advance.

Delivery of frozen any frozen product(s) may not get to you frozen. However, our products are well packaged to ensure that product are delivered fresh and safe for consumption. In the event that a customer re-arrange, cancel or refuse delivery of any product without our prior knowledge, consent or approval, we reserve the right to reject a claim for refund. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, in cases of unexpected events, outside of our control that could severely impact on our current delivery times, such as emergencies, severe weather, industrial actions or acts of God, we will do all we can to notify affected customers within a reasonable time and offer a way to remedy the situation.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than our expected timeframes when we experience logistic problems. We offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and would do all without our means to remedy the situation.

NOTE* If you choose pickup & Collect While placing an order, it means you are going to pick up the order from the shop yourself. Delivery will not be provided on pickup & collection. If you place an order by mistake and choose pickup and collect, and you want that order to be delivered to your door, you have to pay delivery charges as per your order total and distance.
