– 500g meat (beef or lamb, preferably with bone)
– 1 packet of National Achar Gosht mix
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 3 tomatoes, chopped
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
– 4 tablespoons cooking oil
– Salt to taste
