Here’s a simple recipe to make National Malai Tikka:
Ingredients:
– 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
– 1 packet National Malai Tikka Recipe Spice Mix
– 1/2 cup yogurt
– 2 tablespoons cream
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Salt to taste
– Skewers (pre-soaked in water if using wooden skewers)
– Chopped fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cream, lemon juice, National Malai Tikka Recipe Spice Mix, and salt to form a marinade.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.
3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
5. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking, then place the skewers on the grill.
6. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred on the edges.
7. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and transfer the Malai Tikka to a serving platter.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
9. Serve hot with naan bread, rice, or your favorite side dishes.
Enjoy the creamy and flavorful National Malai Tikka with your loved ones!
