Ingredients:
Coriander, Red Chili, Paprika, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Muskmelon (Dehydrated), Onion, Long Pepper, Carom, Bay Leaf, Black Cumin, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cumin, Dill Seed, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide.

Allergy Guide:
May contain traces of Sulphite, Sesame, Mustard, Gluten, and Tree Nuts.

Cooking Instructions:

Ingredients Required:
– 1 kg boneless meat (small cubes)
– 3 tbsp fried onions (finely crushed)
– 2 tbsp ginger paste
– 2 tbsp garlic paste
– ½ cup plain yogurt (whipped)
– 3-4 tbsp oil/ghee
– 1 packet Shan Bihari Kabab Mix

Steps:
1. Mix Shan Bihari Kabab Mix, fried onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, and oil/ghee. Apply to the meat. Let it marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
2. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers and grill over very low heat until well-cooked and brown on all sides. Turn periodically to ensure even cooking.
3. If kababs fall off, wrap a thread around them to secure.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with tamarind chutney and onion rings soaked in cold water for a refreshing contrast.

Note:
For chicken, use meat on the bone. For fried Bihari kababs, use an additional 1 cup ghee or butter, and fry on high heat until oil separates.
